How can I place a custom order?
Please send me an email with your name, design, and colored stone preference. Once a design and price have been agreed upon I take payment.
How long will it take to get my custom order?
It depends on the product that's being made and the amount of orders I have at the time. A time frame will be discussed about when the order is placed.
What is the best way to contact you about my order?
Please email me with any questions or concerns you may have. I do not respond to direct messages on Instragram about online orders.
When will I receive my tracking number?
As soon as your package has shipped, an email will be sent to you along with a tracking number.
Why are there different turnaround times?
Some products are quicker to make and I can ship them out sooner. Others require more work or require additional material. Please consider that these products are entirely handmade and I do my best to get each and every order out as fast as I can.
